You can use final page actions and show a checkbutton to offer users an option to provide feedback. For example:

<finalPageActionList>
  <launchBrowser>
    <progressText>Provide user with feedback</progressText>
    <url>http://www.example.com/</url>
  </launchBrowser>
</finalPageActionList>

You can also use <linkParameter> to show a link. For example:

<parameterList>
  <linkParameter>
    <name>feedback</name>
    <description>Show feedback</description>
    <clickedActionList>
      <launchBrowser>
        <url>http://www.example.com/</url>
      </launchBrowser>
    </clickedActionList>
  </linkParameter>
</parameterList>

You can put a page after installation by specifying installation as value for <insertAfter>. It is also possible to use <parameterGroup> and show more details, multiple links or form that gets sent. For example:

<parameterGroup>
  <name>postpage</name>
  <explanation></explanation>
  <insertAfter>installation</insertAfter>
  <parameterList>
    <linkParameter>
      <name>feedback</name>
      <description>Show feedback</description>
      <explanation></explanation>
      <clickedActionList>
        <launchBrowser>
          <url>http://www.example.com/</url>
        </launchBrowser>
      </clickedActionList>
    </linkParameter>
    <!-- ... -->
  /parameterList>
</parameterGroup>
