I'm new to BitRock so forgive the basic nature of this question. Does your product have any capabilities for providing a 30 day evaluation period, after which the product is locked down until the user registers or purchases a key? If not, are there 3rd party tools you'd recommend for doing this?

Do you mean to lock your installed application? In that case, that should be something to implement in your code. A possible alternative would be to require internet connection to use it and check with a remote server each time the user starts the application. This way you would know when the evaluation expires.

Another possibility would be to store the installation date encrypted in the machine and check if the current date is greater that the allowed evaluation time. This approach is less reliable (easier to hack) but would not require Internet connection.

Which kind of application are you distributing?
