Does bitrock provide any method of performing a remote installation on a windows platform? I see the unattended mode flag for silent installations, but I would like to run the installer on a build server and have the application installed on a different system (VM).

There are numerous tools available to allow remote execution. What you can do is copy the files to target machine (i.e. using file sharing). You can then run the program using tools such as PsExec from Microsoft.

Also, if you are using virtualization, depending on virtualization you can also run remote programs easily. For example for VMware you can use tools such as VMware toolbox and vmrun command and its copyFileFromHostToGuest and runProgramInGuest subcommands to copy and run the installer.
