How we can disable back button on a custom Label parameter screen shown during installation page. Actually this page is the 2nd page comes after installation is done. I am showing the page seq as below

installation_page -> 1st page with label (back is disabled automatically) with postShowPageActions -> 2nd page (with back enabled)-> Installation_finish page.

In 2nd page as mentioned above I want the back button to be disabled. As if it can go back to the 1st page (mentioned above), it'll again start the postShowPageActions.

So is there any means to make the back button disabled. Currently I have used

<parameterGroup>
        <name>myPage</name>
        <title>${msg(policy.tool.finish)}</title>
        <explanation></explanation>
        <value></value>
        <default></default>
        <insertBefore>installationFinished</insertBefore>
        <leftImage>${buildDir}\resources\main\images\sideimage.png</leftImage>
        <parameterList>
            <labelParameter>
                <name>migrationfinishedmsg</name>
                <description>${msg(policy.tool.finish.log)} </description>
                <explanation></explanation>
                <image></image>
            </labelParameter>
        </parameterList>
        <ruleList>
            <isTrue value="${isUpgradeMode}"/>
        </ruleList>
    <preShowPageActionList>
      <!--No Going back after Policy Migration -->
      <setInstallerVariable name="back_page" value="myPage"/>
    </preShowPageActionList>
    </parameterGroup>

Currently it is not possible to do what you want.

However, this has been added to our bug tracking system and as soon as we know more about potential plans for this feature I will let you know.

Hi, InstallBuilder defines two built-in variables: next_page and back_page. Modifying their values changes the pages displayed when pressing the Next and Back buttons.

What you could do is set the back_page variable value of your booleanParameterGroup so that it points to the current parameter. Find below an example of that:

... <booleanparametergroup> <name>mybooleanparametergroup</name> ... <preshowpageactionlist> <setinstallervariable name="back_page" value="mybooleanparametergroup"/> </preshowpageactionlist> <booleanparametergroup> ...
