How can I show a custom page based on a condition? I've got a custom page, that I want to only show if a file doesn't exist on disk. Is that possible? I know I can use ruleList/fileTest to check for the file, but I'm not sure how to tie it into the page...

Custom pages support the <ruleList> tag so you could simply use:

<stringParameter>
   ...
   <name>yourParameter</name>
   ...
   <ruleList>
         ....
   </ruleList>
</stringParameter>

Excellent thanks, I've modified my parameterGroup to it looks like the following and it works perfectly. :)

<parametergroup>
   <name>...</name>
   <title>...</title>
   <explanation>...</explanation>
   <value></value>
   <default></default>
   <rulelist>
       <filetest path="${installer_directory}/myFile" condition="not_exists"/>
   </rulelist>
   <stringparameter>
   ...
</parametergroup>
