We are facing an issue with installer created using bitrock install builder on Windows 10, where shortcut icon of uninstaller is not shown in startmenu programs folder. We are using version 15.1 of bitrock Installbuilder professional.

This is working fine on other version of windows like 7, 8 et.c

Hi Vikash,

I have not been able to reproduce the issue, could you execute the installer with the option '--debugtrace debug.txt' and send us the file that will be generated to support@bitrock.com?

Did this ever get resolved? I have just started working with Windows 10 and I am seeing the same issue, the uninstaller is not appearing in the start menu. It worked OK with other windows e.g. 7.
