Hi

I have used the Windows signing for the installer (windowsSigningPkcs12File), but the uninstaller is not signed. How can we sign the uninstaller so that the publisher is not shown as unknown? Obviously we do not want to ship our certificate!

Hi Donaby, InstallBuilder does not currently allow signing uninstallers neither at build time nor install time, so we recommend you to pack a signed uninstaller that is distributing at installation time. You can find in the link below the way to achieve that:

I have just located the option 'signWindowsUninstaller' which seems to work:

<project>
   <signWindowsUninstaller>1</signWindowsUninstaller>

Is this official or have I just been lucky?
