I am trying to download third party library directly from the vendor website using <httpget>. The installer throws the error as Error while getting URL "https://.." . I am not sure why this error pops up. Is it because of "https" link ? i have enabled the SSL bit as well and there is no proxy setting. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly helpful. Thank you

To use https with <httpGet> it's necessary to enable SSL Support:

<project>
  ...
   <enableSslSupport>1</enableSslSupport>
 ...
</project>
