How can I ask for the administrator password on OS X when working with an unpriviliged account?

Since InstallBuilder 5.3.0 a built-in feature allows the standard authentication mode for the Administrator user on OS X be available on BitRock installers. When the <requireInstallationByRootUser> project property is enabled, the installer will prompt the user to enter the administrator password using the regular system dialog window.
