I keep on having errors when building a project. I have a video that has more than 750mb size when It shows me that error.

However whenever I remove that video from the list, it works perfectly.

Is there a way to adjust the maximum file size on my file list to be allowed?

Any file size can be packed. The only limitation is that for installers bigger that 2GB (probably your video is making the build surpass that threshold) you must use the CDROM mode.

To make it create a single disk cdrom installer, you must configure the size of the first disk accordingly, providing a big value, for example 10000000000 bytes:

<project>
  ...
  <cdromFirstDiskSize>10000000000</cdromFirstDiskSize>
  <cdromDiskSize>10000000000</cdromDiskSize>
  ...
</project>

And then select CDROM as the build target in the command line or in the drop down list of the "Packaging" screen in the GUI builder.

Yo can find additional details in this article.
