The .run files are regular binaries and most distributions will run them. However, it seems in this case it is not run automatically.

Does running it from terminal work properly?

When run through the Terminal, I get the message "installbuilder-enterprise-9.5.5-linux-x64-installer.run: command not found" or "sudo: installbuilder-enterprise-9.5.5-linux-x64-installer.run: command not found".
