Hi all,

how can I change the order of "Downloading required files" (with optional proxy settings) page?

Thanks!

In order to show a download mirror just before downloading, you can show a custom Ready to Install page, followed by mirror selection that automatically skips the built-in ready to install page. For example:

<parameterList>
  <!-- ... -->
  <labelParameter>
    <name>customreadytoinstall</name>
    <title>${msg(Installer.Ready.Title)}</title>
    <description>${msg(Installer.Ready.Text1)}</description>
    <explanation>${msg(Installer.Ready.Text2)}</explanation>
    <image></image>
  </labelParameter>
  <choiceParameter>
    <name>downloadMirror</name>
    <!-- ... -->
    <postShowPageActionList>
      <setInstallerVariable>
        <name>next_page</name>
        <value>installation</value>
      </setInstallerVariable>
    </postShowPageActionList>
  </choiceParameter>
</parameterList>

The download page is always shown before installation page if at least one downloadable component should be installed.

It is possible to put a page before or after installation page using parameter's <insertBefore> or <insertAfter> tag. However it is not possible to insert a page between downloading components and installation.

Could you provide more details on what you want to achieve?

Ok, these are the current positions of my project:

  1. Setup - Welcome page
  2. License Agreement
  3. Installation Directory
  4. Select Components
  5. Select Download Mirror
  6. Ready to Install
  7. Downloading required files (with optional proxy settings)

I think, it's better when page 7 is after position 5. with proxy settings only. Can I change the text of the page?
